STILL ALIVE !   Hello world! Like the great Mark Twain, once had to say: “Reports of my death are  exaggerated".  Serge Jacques remains alive and well and active - even if I am now at ...f.82! I’ve been photographing naked beauties since it was a crime (jail!)  to show pubic hair in a photo.  (Yes, in  France...!)  I was once arrested for merely having negatives with pubic hair in my locked briefcase.  How times have changed. Today, I no longer need  a brief case to carry my art - a click of a mouse does that. That’s why I’m still the greatest photographer of nudes in Europe - if I say so myself. And if I don’t say so myself,  who else will...?  Well, my global clients, of course. After all, I invented the job of photographe de  charme.  Working with Chic, Club International, Mayfair, Paris Hollywood, Penthouse, Playboy... And I’m still at it - when the spirit moves me.  With all those the girls queuing to work with me at my studio in Prague...(The girls of East Europe are the loveliest I’ve ever encountered. That’s difficult  for a Frenchman to admit). So, I shoot in  Prague. Live in Burbank (California), have my office, my staff and my voluminous files in Paris.  And supply the world with both my 21st Century  work - CD stills, DVD movies and Internet content - and making use of all those negatives from the 50s onwards, this time without air-brushing. I do my books  (including a 600,000 best-seller for  Taschen)  and exhibitions in Berlin, LA, London, Paris, Tokyo... and wherever you invite me tomorrow! In short, I’m still working.
